Campers who have taken two or more years of private lessons or are members of a band or orchestra are invited to participate in this week of engaging rehearsals. They will learn and perform a fantastic repertoire under the instruction of the music faculty of West Coast Baptist College.
Band and orchestra campers should plan to wear concert black for the end of the week music performance. Don’t forget your instrument! If you need an instrument and are unable to bring you own, please contact stephen.voshall@lancasterbaptist.org, and we will do our best to accommodate those with instruments that are difficult to transport. Campers registered for band and orchestra will be contacted regarding submitting a video of themselves playing two scales and a two-minute excerpt from a piece that displays their level of proficiency prior to camp.

Cost
- General Camper/Sponsors (until July 7 for week 1, until July 21 for week 2): $250
- Group of 10 or more campers (until July 7 for week 1, until July 21 for week 2): $230
- General Camps/Sponsors/Groups of 10 or more (after July 7 for week 1, after July 21 for week 2): $275
Cost includes lodging and meals Sunday evening through Saturday morning, camp materials, and activities. The deadline to register for week one is July 7. The deadline to register for week two is July 21. Campers may make final payment at check in.
Group Discounts
For groups of 10 or more and paying together as a group, registration is discounted to $230 per camper. Group registration may be paid online and is applied if you have 10 or more unpaid campers in your order. After July 7 for week 1 and after July 21 for week 2, group registration is $275 per camper.

Additional Activities
- Horseback riding ($40) is available Wednesday for an additional fee.
- Campers can sign up and pay for this activity during Tuesday’s event sign up time.

Arrival
Check in is Sunday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Camp begins at 5:00 pm.
Departure
Camp concludes at 9:00 am on Saturday.
Saturday Arrivals
Campers arriving Saturday will be charged a $50 early arrival fee which includes Saturday meals, lodging, and transportation to and from LAX. Please select “Saturday arrival” when registering to reserve a space and/or for transportation.
